Meet the Recruiting Expert Behind the AI
25 years of global talent acquisition leadership, now sharpened with AI — not replaced by it.

The Keystone
In architecture, a keystone is the piece at the top of an arch that locks every other stone in place — remove it and the whole structure fails. That’s the role Keystone Talent Solutions plays for growing companies: the piece that holds a talent strategy together, so every other hiring decision has something solid to rest on.
The Work
Two and a half decades running talent acquisition through Y2K, the dot-com bust, the cybersecurity and edtech hiring wars of the 2010s, and the COVID-era whiplash — inside airlines, airports, biotech firms, security companies, and tech startups, filling everything from mosquito catchers to C-suite executives. Plenty of people sell AI-powered hiring tools. Few have actually run a recruiting desk long enough to know, on instinct, what a good candidate looks like. Keystone is that judgment, offered directly and sharpened with AI — not the other way around.
How I Work: Process, Systems, People
Process
Every engagement starts by diagnosing what’s actually broken — not applying a template.
Systems
AI and automation applied where they remove friction — never where they remove judgment.
People
Growth, reorganization, or right-sizing — whatever the people change, process and tools get aligned around it first, so everyone affected is set up to succeed.
Why Keystone Exists
Because most internal TA teams aren’t short on talent — they’re short on time, headcount, and modern tooling. Keystone exists to close that gap directly, without the markup or overhead of a traditional agency or consulting firm.
Proof, Not Promises
- An AdTech company and a home building products company are both running Keystone’s AI candidate-prioritization setup today.
- A large international airport engaged Keystone for a TA Health Check and ongoing Fractional TA Leadership.
- A SaaS Digital Trust & Safety company engaged Keystone’s Search Sprint for multiple flat-fee hires.
- This website itself — built and iterated using the same AI-leveraged approach Keystone brings to clients.
The Network
Beyond direct recruiting work, Keystone maintains a trusted referral network spanning compensation consulting, I-O psychology, executive and leadership coaching, and learning & development — plus a collaboration with IC2 Talent Acquisition Solutions — so clients get the right specialist the moment a need falls outside Keystone’s core lanes.
Who I Work With
Understaffed and overworked internal TA teams at growing companies across tech, industrial, aviation, and public-sector organizations — concentrated on the East Coast and California, serving clients nationwide.
